TickPop is a floating time utility for iPhone and iPad. It provides countdown timers, Pomodoro focus cycles, stopwatch, clock, local completion alerts, appearance settings, App Shortcuts, and Picture in Picture time display where supported by the operating system.

TickPop helps you keep time visible while reading, studying, working, exercising, cooking, presenting, or using other apps. It is not an emergency alert system, medical device, safety device, or professional timing instrument.

Using TickPop

You are responsible for choosing suitable timer durations, checking important alarms, and deciding whether TickPop is appropriate for your activity. For critical events, safety-sensitive work, health-related timing, travel, medication, cooking hazards, or other high-risk uses, keep an additional reliable reminder or supervision method.

Timer state, recent durations, preferences, and session state may be stored locally on your device so the app can function and restore your experience.

Picture In Picture

Picture in Picture is provided through Apple system APIs. iOS and iPadOS control whether PiP can start, where the floating window appears, how it is resized, and how it behaves over other apps.

Some device models, system versions, calls, external displays, full-screen media, Screen Time restrictions, low-power conditions, or other apps may affect PiP availability. TickPop may disable Pop Out actions when the current system state cannot start PiP.

Notifications, Sound, And Haptics

TickPop may use local notifications, sound, and haptic feedback for timer and Pomodoro completion alerts when you enable or allow them. Notification delivery, sound behavior, Focus modes, Silent mode, volume, and haptics are controlled by Apple system settings and device state.

TickPop cannot guarantee that every alert will be delivered, noticed, audible, or felt in every situation.

Purchases

TickPop is distributed through the App Store. Apple handles purchase processing, billing, refunds, family sharing availability, and App Store account management under Apple's own terms and policies.

The current product plan is a paid app download without in-app purchases or subscriptions. If this changes in a future version, the app and store listing will describe the available purchase options.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse TickPop, interfere with the app or Apple system services, attempt to bypass App Store licensing, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability And Changes

TickPop may change, add, or remove features over time. Some features require compatible hardware, iOS or iPadOS versions, Apple system permissions, or App Store availability. We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change.

浮时是一款专为 iPhone 和 iPad 设计的悬浮时间工具，提供倒计时、番茄钟、秒表、时钟、本地结束提醒、外观设置、快捷指令以及在系统支持时的 PiP 画中画时间显示。

浮时用于帮助你在阅读、学习、办公、健身、做饭、演讲或使用其他 App 时持续看到时间。浮时不是紧急警报系统、医疗设备、安全设备或专业计时仪器。

使用浮时

你需要自行选择合适的计时时长，确认重要提醒，并判断浮时是否适合当前活动。对于关键事件、安全敏感工作、健康相关计时、出行、用药、存在风险的烹饪场景或其他高风险用途，请同时保留额外可靠的提醒或看护方式。

为保证应用正常运行和恢复体验，浮时可能会在你的设备本地保存计时状态、最近使用时长、偏好设置和会话状态。

PiP 画中画

画中画能力由 Apple 系统 API 提供。iOS 和 iPadOS 会决定画中画是否可以启动、悬浮窗口出现的位置、缩放方式以及它在其他 App 上方的行为。

部分设备型号、系统版本、通话、外接显示器、全屏媒体、屏幕使用时间限制、低电量状态或其他 App 可能影响画中画可用性。当当前系统状态无法启动画中画时，浮时可能会禁用“弹出”操作。

通知、声音与触感

当你启用或允许相关功能时，浮时可能会通过本地通知、声音和触感反馈提醒倒计时或番茄钟结束。通知送达、声音表现、专注模式、静音模式、音量和触感均受 Apple 系统设置和设备状态影响。

浮时无法保证每一次提醒在所有情况下都一定送达、被注意到、可听见或可感知。

购买

浮时通过 App Store 分发。Apple 会根据其自身条款和政策处理购买、账单、退款、家庭共享可用性以及 App Store 账号管理。

当前产品方案为付费下载 App，不包含 App 内购买或订阅。如果未来版本发生变化，应用和商店页面会说明可用的购买选项。

可接受使用

请不要滥用浮时、干扰应用或 Apple 系统服务、尝试绕过 App Store 授权，或以违反适用法律及他人权利的方式使用本应用。

可用性与变更

浮时可能会随时间调整、新增或移除功能。部分功能需要兼容的硬件、iOS 或 iPadOS 版本、Apple 系统权限或 App Store 可用性。我们可能会在应用或法律要求变化时更新本使用条款。
